Yup its true...its going all the way to the Supreme Court.
As a side note...I was going to CNN.com everyday, several times a day before the election to see the drama unfold. It was as good as (if not better) than going to celeb gossip sites. I'm sure other people were doing the same. This issue is exactly why people have to be sure to stay informed on what's going on in politics and in the world in general. The election isn't really over until Obama is sworn in. Clearly people will do ANYTHING to prevent him from taking the Oath of Office.
